About Us

Minority Association of Premedical Students (MAPS) is the undergraduate chapter of the Student National Medical Association (SNMA). SNMA MAPS seeks to provide community service, networking, and other health-related opportunities for pre-med students underrepresented in medicine. We strive to cultivate a community that cares by serving where the need is the greatest and fighting to reduce socioeconomic disparities in heath through education, volunteer events and service projects. We are a student-led organization that acts as a bridge for students who desire to make a difference in the medical field and in our community.
